3 held with drug in capital

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Detective Motijheel Division has arrested three drug peddlers along with 7 kg of hemp during a raid at Tejgaon industrial area in capital.

Detective police confirmed this information on Thursday (August 4).

The arrestees are Md. Raju, Md. Masum and Ayesha Siddika.

Detective Motijheel Division Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Abdullah Al Mamun confirmed the matter.

He said Tejgaon Shilpanchal police station has taken legal action against the peddlers.
