Two youths landed in jail for molesting a girl at Kusakhali in Laxmipur Sadar Upazila.

The arrestees are Sujan (24), son of Horan Mia, and Hiron (22), son of Tofail Ahmed. 

The accused were sent to jail by the court on Friday (July 29) afternoon.

Chandraganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Mosleh Uddin told Banglanews that a teenage girl (14) was sexually assaulted and molested by some miscreants on July 27.

He said against five people mother Shahinur Begum filed a case, and out of them, police arrested Sujan and Hiron.

However, ‘We are looking for the other three accused, he added.
