Death toll from the Narayanganj mosque blast incident rose to 34 as one more victims succumbed to injuries on Tuesday in a Dhaka hospital.

Shifat, 18, died today morning at the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.

Dr Samanta Lal Sen, coordinator of the institute, confirmed the matter to Banglanews. 

Two others are battling for their lives in the hospital, he added.

Only one survivor, Mamun Prodhan, returned home from the institute several days ago.

The tragic explosion happened at Pashchim Talla Baitus Salam Mosque of Narayanganj around 8:45pm after Esha prayers on Friday (September 4).
