RAJSHAHI: Another victim of petrol bomb attack died at Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) Thursday afternoon.

The deceased was identified as Selim Sheikh, 26, a truck driver, and son of one Alauddin, hailed from Jalchhamari area under Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj district.

Deceased’s uncle Ismail confirmed the matter to banglanews.

RMCH director Brigadier General AKM Nasir Uddin told banglanews that more than 50 percent of Selim’s body was burnt.

At the wee hours of March 4, miscreants blasted petrol bombs on a truck at Gomastapur Madrasa area of Chapainawabganj, leaving driver Selim and helper Firoz Uddin injured critically.

They were rushed to RMCH where doctors kept him at Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
