JAMALPUR: A Jamalpur court on Tuesday sentenced five persons to death for killing a 14-year old boy.

Additional District and Session Judge Waheduzzaman Sikder passed the order around 11:30am.

The convicted are Saddam Hossain, 20, Setu, 18, Fazle Rabbi, 20, Zakir Hossain, 24 and Miran, 22.

The case statement said on March 23 of 2010, five convicted killed Swadhin, 14, son of one Saiful Islam, hailed from Sakal Bazar area of the district sadar as a result of longstanding family dispute.
