DHAKA: A construction worker was killed as he fell from a building under construction in city’s Dhanmondi area on Friday.

The deceased was identified as M Ibrahim, 20, son of one Mujibur Rahman, hailed from Rajshahi.

Uncle of the victim M Usman said Ibrahim fell from the third floor of a 13-storey building in the area around 7:30pm, leaving him injured critically.

He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital where on duty doctor declared him dead.
