MANAMA: A Bangladeshi national was killed in a road accident in Um-al-Hasam area of Bahrain on Saturday night.

The deceased was identified as M Rubel, 29, son of Kamal Mia of central Gobindapur village in Hossainpur upazila of Kishoreganj district.

Sources said a pick-up van collided head-on with a trailer in middle of Sheikh Zaber al Ahmed Al Sabah highway and Sheikh Isha Bin Salman highway in the area at night.
