FENI: Rail communication between Dhaka and Chittagong has been halted after a Chittagong-bound train collided with a bus at Fatehpur rail crossing under Sadar upazila of the district on Thursday night.

No passengers of the bus were reportedly injured in the accident that took place around 10:30pm.

Sources said that a rescue train from Laksam was on the way to the spot to restore communication.

Sub-Inspector of Feni railway police Mejbah-ul-Alam confirmed the matter to banglanews.
