NARSHINGDI: Two people were killed in a road accident on Amirabad Bridge in Roypura upazila of the district on Thursday.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Narsinghdi District Superintendent of Police Sheikh Rafiqul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The accident occurred between a Leguna (local transport) and CNG-run auto-rickshaw in the area around 5:15 pm, leaving two people dead and another two injured.

The injured were rushed to the local hospitals, the SP said.
