FARIDPUR: Police recovered the body of a top terror from Girastulla Matubbar Dangi area of Char Madhabdia union under Faridpur Sadar Upazila of the district on Thursday morning.

The deceased was identified as Nayeb Ali, hailed from Boithakhali village of Sadar Upazila.

Confirming the matter, Katwali Thana Officer-in-Charge Aminuzzaman told banglanews, “Around 8:00am, noticing a body lying on the ground at Girastulla Matubbar’s Dangi village, locals informed police and then police recovered the body.”

Nayeb Ali was wanted for killing case and sentenced to death, he added.
