DHAKA: The administrative investigation committee is recording depositions of former Deputy Commissioner of Narayanganj Manoz Kanti Baral and Police Super Syed Nurul Islam in the sensational Narayanganj seven killing case on Sunday.

The probe committee Chief Shahjahan Ali Molla, also additional secretary at the public administration ministry, started recording the statement in morning.

Earlier, Deputy Commissioner of Narayanganj Manoz Kanti Baral, Police Super Syed Nurul Islam, three officers of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-11, including commanding officer Lieutenant Colonel Tarequie Sayeed, was withdrawn for their suspicious roles during the seven murder incident.

On May 17, the fourth phase of mass hearing was held at the circuit house.
