Zero tolerance on narcotics smuggling

SATKHIRA: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Director General Major Gen Aziz Ahmed asserted that his department will show zero tolerance in preventing narcotics smuggling.  

He made the assertion Wednesday while addressing a function prior of destruction of huge amount of seized narcotics at Satkhira-38 Battalion Headquarter.   

BGB chief said if any BGB man found guilty in smuggling, he will be terminated from the job.  
 
He further said it is not possible to watch the border line and stop smuggling only by the BGB. People and civil    administration should come forward to stop this crime.     

Later, huge amount of narcotics including Indian phensidyl, beer and weed were destroyed in front of the BGB chief.
