MANIKGANJ: Ferry services on Paturia-Daulatia river route, which came to a halt since Tuesday night due to poor visibility caused by dense fog, resumed after 11-hour.

Sources said that the authority has stopped the ferry services from 11:30pm to avoid accident.

Confirming the matter, Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC)’s Paturia Ferry Ghat Assistant Manager (commercial) Mohiuddin Russell told banglanews, “The ferry services resumed around 10:30am.”
