LPG price slashed by Tk 49

Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) has reduced price of a 12kg liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder by Tk 49 to TK 1,393.

In April, the price of 12 kg cylinder was Tk1,442.

BERC chairman Nurul Amin announced the new price through a press conference in the in the capital on Thursday (May 2).

He said this new price will be effective from 6 pm.
