Two students of Chattogram University of Engineering and Technology were killed after a bus ran over their motorcycle in Chattogram on Monday (April 22).

The accident took place around 3:30 pm near Kaptai Selina Quader Chowdhury College.

The victim were Shanto Saha, a student of Civil Engineering Department, hailed from Narsingdi district, and Taufiq Hossain, of the same department, from Noakhali.

CUET Deputy Director (Public Relations) Fazlur Rahman confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

He said the body of Shanto is in Chattogram Medical College Hospital and Taufiq's body in Evercare Hospital. The bodies will be handed over to the families of the deceased after legal process, he added.
