Three construction workers have died after falling off an under-construction building in Kalpoloke Residential Area under Bakolia Police Station in Chattogram.

The deceased were Md Israfil, 20, of Chapainawabganj; Sakim Ali, 21, of Rajshahi; and Md Ripon, 20, of Thakurgaon.

Md Abdur Rahim, officer-in-charge of Bakolia police station, told Banglanews confirmed the matter.

He said they fall down while working on a ceiling on the seventh floor of the building on Tuesday afternoon. 

Two died while on the way to Chattogram Medical College Hospital and Ripon died while undergoing treatment at the hospital, said OC Rahim.

A case was filed in this connection.
