A motorcyclist was killed and another was injured after being hit by a trolley in Damurhuda district of Chuadanga.

The deceased was identified as Bazlur Rahman, 42, and the injured was identified as Hira Khatun, 28.

The accident happened in Dugdugi village of Damurhuda upazila on Tuesday (Nov 29) afternoon.

Damurhuda Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Ferdous Wahid confirmed the matter

He said that the driver left the trolley and fled after the accident. 

Legal action is underway in this regard, he added.
