Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-10) arrested two drug peddlers along with 200 grams of heroin in South Keraniganj area of Dhaka.

The arrestees were identified as Sebed Ali, 53, and Ayesha Khatun, 45.

Commander (CO) and Additional DIG of RAB-10 Mohammad Farid Uddin confirmed the matter to Banglanews on Tuesday (Nov 29) afternoon.

He said that acting on a tip-off, a drive was conducted in which they were arrested with drugs. Besides, three mobile phones and cash Tk 1.14 lakh were recovered from them.

A case has been lodged under the Narcotics Control Act with the concerned police station.
