West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on Thursday took oath as MLA from Bhabanipur constituency after she won the recent by polls. 

Two other Trinamool Congress leaders- Amirul Islam and Jakir Hossain- also took oath as lawmakers in the West Bengal Assembly in the presence of state Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar. 

Governor WB Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar administered oath to the elected members to the WBLA, viz., Mamata Banerjee Jakir Hossian, and Amirul Islam at the premises of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly.

Mamata Banerjee won Bhabanipur by polls by a record margin of over 58,000 votes.
