Musical band Odd Signature vocalist Ahasan Tanvir Pial among two was killed in a road accident in Panchdona, Narsingdi.

The microbus, carrying members of the musical band met with a deadly accident in front of Dream Holiday Park, while en route to Sylhet.

Another deceased was identified as the driver Abdus Salam, 43.

Besides, three other members of the band were seriously injured in the accident.

Ilias Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Itakhola Highway Police Station, confirmed the matter.

The accident occurred around 5 am when the bus of Hanif Paribahan crashed into the Sylhet-bound microbus, leaving two people dead on the spot and three others injured, he also said.

The injured were taken to Narsingdi district hospital, the OC added.
