35th BCS written test from Sept 1

DHAKA: Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) on Sunday published the written test schedule for 35th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS).

The examination will be held from September 1-10. Tests for the compulsory subjects will continue from September 1-7 and post related subjects on September 9 and 10.

The written tests will be held in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Chittagong, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet and Rangpur centers altogether.

The routine is available in PSC website www.bpsc.gov.bd.

The test of 200 marks will be held for four hours and 100 marks examination will be held for three hours.

The candidates have to pass in written and viva tests separately.

Carrying books, bags, mobile phones, wrist-watch like phones, calculator and electronic devices in the examination hall are strictly prohibited. The candidates will not be allowed to attend the test, if anything found with them at the entrance of the hall.

A total of 20,391 candidates have been passed in preliminary test which was held on March 6.
