DHAKA:  With the aim of creating awareness about dengue among, public Northern University Bangladesh organized a rally in its Banani campus area.

Vice Chancellor of NUB Prof Dr. Anwar Hossain said while addressing the rally that the viral disease-dengue-has spread across all the districts of Bangladesh. He thanked the government as it had adopted several preventive measures to control the spread of the diseases.

Stressing the need for making people aware of aedes mosquito to prevent dengue, he requested everyone to keep their surroundings clean. Apart from members of the faculties and the administration,   large number of students took part at the rally.
