DHAKA: BNP has fixed April 5 for party nomination seekers to collect their nomination papers for the upcoming Gazipur and Khulna City Corporation election. 

BNP senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi made the announcement at party’s Naya Paltan office on Tuesday afternoon (April 3).

Rizvi asked the interested BNP nomination seekers for the mayoral polls to collect the nomination papers from 10:00am to 5:00pm on April 5.

Mentioning that the Gazipur and Khulna City Corporation polls will be held on May 15, Rizvi said nomination papers must be submitted on April 6 and final selection will be made on April 7 at BNP chairperson’s political office in Gulshan.
