CHITTAGONG: Two suspected drug dealers were killed in a reported shootout with the members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in Khulshi area of Chittagong city early Friday (July 20).

RAB-7 sent a SMS disclosing the matter to media, in the morning.

A shootout took place between the patrol team of RAB-7 and the drug dealers, who were boarding a drugs-laden microbus, in Matijhorna area. Two drug dealers were killed in the incident, said the text message. 

An arms, bullet and 85 kg hemp were recovered from the microbus, the SMS added.
