DHAKA: Police recovered the slit-throat bodies of a woman and her two minor daughters from a house in Mirpur area of Dhaka on Monday evening (April 30).

The deceased were identified as Jesmin Akhter, 35, her daughters Asifa, 9 and Abila, 5.

Confirming the matter to Banglanews, DMP Mirpir division deputy-commissioner (DC) Masud Ahmed said the bodies were recovered around 8:30pm from the fourth floor of a building in a government quarter near Govt. Bangla College.
