Taslima Nasrin sued under Sec 57

DHAKA: Exiled Bangladeshi writer Taslima Nasrin has been sued under Section 57 of the ICT Act over an article she wrote about rape.

Md Mahbub Alam filed the case (No- 35) with Shahjahanpur police station on Thursday (April 26) accusing four people including Taslima Nasrin.

Motijheel divisional deputy-commissioner Anowar Hossain confirmed the matter to Banglanews.
