DHAKA: Nur Hossain, a death row convict of the seven- murder in Narayanganj, was shown arrested in a case filed for accumulating wealth beyond known sources and concealing information of wealth.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Pronab Kumar Hui gave the order on Wednesday (April 25). 

ACC Assistant Director Abdul Wadud, also investigation officer of the case, filed the petition on April 4.

On November 17, 2015, ACC sent a notice to Nur Hossain asking for the description of his wealth.

On December 9, 2015, ACC Deputy Director Julfiker Ali filed the case against Nur Hossain with Ramna Police Station for allegedly possessing property worth Tk 3,03,86,805 beyond known source of income and concealing information wealth worth Tk 2,85,57,492, to ACC.
