CHUADANGA: Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized 320 gold bars weighing about 37kg in Damurhuda upazila of Chuadanga on Wednesday noon (April 25).

Confirming the matter to Banglanews, Chuadanga-6 BGB director Imam Hasan said the gold consignment was seized from Nastipur boarder area.

Being tipped-off, a team of BGB took position in Nastipur boarder area on Wednesday morning (April 25). Around 3:00pm BGB men locate 3 men carrying three bags towards boarder. As BGB launch raid, they left the bags and quickly fled the scene, he added.
