DHAKA: The probe committee formed by Education Ministry has found evidence of partial leakage of question paper on several subjects in ongoing SSC examinations. 

Moreover, there will be a recommendation for retaking the examinations in which questions got leaked.

The probe committee chief and secretary of the Madrasah Education Division Md Alamgir said it at Education Ministry conference room on Sunday afternoon (February 18) after a committee meeting on scrutinizing several question leak allegations.

He said, “We are still trying to finding out the correlation between time of allegations and reports with actual leakage. For example, we found no real leakage in SSC mathematics question as reported. However, partial evidence was found in case of English question.”

In response to a question whether there was any evidence of leakage found, the secretary confirmed that there was indeed partial evidence found. 

“If we find evidence suggesting exact leakage of the complete question paper, then we might also recommended retaking that particular examination”, he added.
