CHITTAGONG: Two people including a woman were killed and several others injured in an accident in Hathazari upazila of Chittagong Friday (November 17).

One of the deceased was identified as Rokeya Begum, 45.
    
The other one, a male of estimated 35 years, couldn’t be identified immediately.

Chittagong district Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Moshiuddoula Reza told Banglanews that he has heard of two people being killed crashed by a vehicle, at Mirerhat area in the morning.

He said that he doesn’t know the details yet.

Hatjazari Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Belal Uddin Jahangir echoed the same.

However, Agrabad Fire Service Station Operator Shahadat Hossain told Banglanews that the duo were killed as two auto rickshaws crashed in an accident, at around 8:00am.
