DHAKA: A Dhaka court has fixed October 10 for submitting the investigation report of Gulshan Holey Artisan case attack case filed under anti-terrorism law. 

Dhaka metropolitan magistrate Nur Nahar Yasmin fixed the new date as the probe officer of the case Humayun Kabir, inspector of CTTC, failed to submit the any report on Sunday (Aug 27). 

On July 1 in 2016, a group of militants conducted a militant attack at Holey Artisan café in city’s Gulshan area and killed 20 people including 17 foreigners. 

A total of 13 people were rescued alive in night long joint operation conducted by Police, RAB, SWAT, where two police officials died. The militants were also killed in the operation.
