DINAJPUR: Police detained 19 drug dealers, in drives conducted in different areas of Dinajpur, from Saturday night (July 15) to Sunday morning (July 16). 

On-duty Police member M Ferdous Ahmed of Dinajpur Police Control room told Banglanews that 43 pieces of Yaba tablets, 10 bottles of Phensidyl syrup, 315 grams of hemp were seized from the drug dealers.

A total of 11 cases were filed against the drug dealers in separate police stations, Ferdous said.

However, the detainees will be sent to the court following necessary process, he added.
