MAGURA: A man died after being electrocuted in Magura in the early hours on Friday (June 23).

The deceased was identified as Aslam Mia, 40, son of Ful Mia of Norshinhati area under Magura sadar upazila.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Magura sadar police station Hossain Al Mamun confirmed the matter to the Banglanews.

Victim’s neighbor Hannan Sheikh told Banglanews that Aslam electrocuted to death when he was trying to catch thief in the early hours.
