KUSHTIA: A 22-year-old youth was sentenced for life by a district court on Wednesday (March 22) for killing his uncle in 2013. 

Judge of Kushtia District and Sessions Court Alamgir Hasan pronounced the verdict in presence of the convict Razu. 

According to the case statement, Altaf Hossain and his wife Shefali had allegedly misbehaved with nephew Razu’s mother Anjela several times. Later on April 9 in 2013, Razu killed his uncle on at Hatiapan Hat area in Kushtia sadar upazila to take revenge.
