DHAKA: Bangladesh Bank’s Executive Director Ahmed Jamal was promoted to the post of Deputy Governor.

The ministry of public administration issued a notification regarding this Thursday (March 2). 

Jamal was appointed the deputy governor based on agreement following his resignation from his previous post, said the notification.
