DHAKA: Bangladesh national cricket team's newly appointed pace bowling coach Charl Langeveldt arrived in Dhaka while head coach Russell Domingo is expected to arrive in afternoon Tuesday (August 20).

Former South Africa pacer Charl Langeveldt arrived here around 10:30am.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) appointed him for two years, replacing Courtney Walsh.

The former Proteas pacer has had stints as the bowling coach for South Africa and Afghanistan.

However, a 36-member squad of the Tigers started conditioning camp on August 19 ahead of a Test match against Afghanistan and a tri-nation series accompanying Zimbabwe.

The new bowling coaches will join them in camping Wednesday (August 21)
