DHAKA: Jubo League expelled its office secretary Anisur Rahman Anis for breaching the organisation’s discipline.

Professor ABM Amjad Hossain, Presidium member of the Jubo League, confirmed this information to Banglanews on Friday (Oct 11) noon.

He said in a meeting held at its central office on Bangabandhu Avenue on Friday, Jubo League decided to expel him from the post of office secretary.

ABM Amjad Hossain also said that Jubo League chairman Omar Faruk Chowdhury was not present at the meeting.

Harunur Rashid, the general secretary of the organization, presided over the meeting, he added.
