DHAKA: Jatiya Party chairman HM Ershad’s physical condition is not showing any change over the last 3-4 days, but he is not out of danger.

Party acting chairman GM Quader briefed reporters about update on HM Ershad’s treatment at party’s Banani office on Wednesday (July 10).

GM Quader said: “His (Ershad) physical state has improved to some extent, but deteriorated in many cases.”

Quoting doctors of Combined Military Hospital (CMH), GM Quader said: "If his physical state remains unchanged for 7-8 days, it will improve.”

Ershad is being given dialysis (Hemoe Dia Filtration and Hemo Perfusion), but his digestive process is inactive now. 

GM also Quader: “Ershad is breathing through ventilation. But his improvement is noticeable in most functions.”

HM Earshad has been undergoing treatment at CMH Dhaka due to old age complications since June 26.
