DHAKA: The physical condition of Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad, now undergoing treatment at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH), remained unchanged, said party's acting chairman GM Quader.

He told this at a press conference at the Banani office of party chairman on Thursday (July 4).

GM Quader said, “Ershad's physical condition remains unchanged. There is no improvement in his condition”.

Earlier on Wednesday, JP Secretary General Mashiur Rahman Ranga, at a press conference, said Party Chairman HM Ershad is suffering from bone cancer. The amount of hemoglobin in his blood is less that 10 percent since ago.

Ranga further said a physician from Singapore will come here to observe the party chief's condition and decide whether he will be taken to Singapore.

HM Earshad has been undergoing treatment Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Dhaka due to old age complications since June 26.
