Bangladesh’s politics buried, says Fakhrul NP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir speaking at the function

DHAKA:  BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said Bangladesh’s politics has been buried.

“The current ‘illegal’ government has no public support at all. They’re retaining power using brute force,” Fakhrul said on Saturday (April 6).

Mirza Fakhrul was chairing the 4th National Council of the Kalyan Party at Mukti Bhaban in city’s Purana Paltan on Saturday (April 06).

Drawing attention to Prime Minister’s (Sheikh Hasina) speech that no false cases were filed against anyone of BNP, Mirza Fakhrul countered that the claim saying that folks of this country know whether cases that which were filed against BNP leaders and its Chairperson Khaleda Zia are true or false.

Mirza Fakhrul said, “No one can stay in power for long using might. History of the world says so.”

This government, he added that, is retaining their power by compromising with the conspirators. Awami League has deviated from the countrymen, having no relation with them at all. They have gone bankrupt.
