DHAKA: Jatiya Oikyafront has postponed its rally slated to be held on December 10 at Suhrawardy Udyan in Dhaka.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Thursday (December 6) made the announcement hours after the party Senior Joint Secretary General Rizvi Ahmed had announced the previous schedule for the rally.

Fakhrul was talking to reporters at Jatiya Oikyafront office in Paltan area of Dhaka this evening.

The rally will be staged before the national election is held, he, however, added.
