DHAKA: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on Thursday (Nov 8) was taken back to the Old Central Jail from BSMMU hospital where she underwent treatment for nearly a month.

She was escorted to a black-colored car at 11:20am.

The car carried her to the prison at 11:35am. 

Khaleda Zia landed in the same jail after being sentenced to 5 years’ imprisonment on Feb 8 in Zia Orphanage Trust graft case. 

She was admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) hospital on Oct 6.

She was undergoing treatment at the VIP Cabin of the hospital.
