DHAKA: Political alliance Jatiya Oikyafront is all set to hold a rally at Suhrawardy Udyan in Dhaka Tuesday (Nov 6).

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi made the announcement while briefing media at BNP central party office in Nayapaltan Friday (Nov 2).

The Oikyofront rally has been rescheduled from Nov 2 to Nov 6, upon request from police, he said.

Police and other authorities concerned have been informed the matter, he added.

However, Rizvi further said BNP has initiated a joint meeting to be held at the Nayapaltan office Saturday (Nov 3).
