NATORE: Urging the people of Natore district to vote for Awami League in the next polls, party Secretary General Obaidul Quader said BNP has done no work at all so that people will vote for it. 

Quader, also Road Transport and Bridges Minister, said it at a street rally in Natore rail station on Saturday noon (September 8). 

Earlier Quader had arrived Natore by Nilsagor Express train to join Awami League’s election campaign. 

He said, “Can BNP give a reason to people for vote? Did they develop the country so that people will vote for them? Their popularity has decreased gradually due to practicing negative politics.”

Quader told residents of Natore to look at the progress and development his party made in their two terms. “I want to say to you that Sheikh Hasina is standing beside you. I hope the men and women of Natore won’t forget to vote for ‘boat’.”

Other senior leaders of AL have also taken part in the election campaign.
