DHAKA: A school student was killed and his classmate critically injured  while taking selfie of a running train at Kuril Bishwa Road are in the capital on Sunday (February 16).

The deceased was identified as Imran Hossen, 15, son of Shah Alam, of Bhulta Gausia area under Rupganj upazila of Narayanganj. The injured was named Rafi.  

Imran and Rafi were 10th grade students of Mujibur Rahman High school at Bhulta area in Narayanganj.

Rafi is now undergoing treatment at Intensive Care Unit of New Life Hospital in the capital.

Dhaka Airport Railway Station police outpost in-charge (ASI) Md. Mohiuddin told Banglanews that two out of five friends were hit by a train. Imran died at Kurmitola General Hospital.
