PANCHAGARH: The lowest temperature in the country has been recorded at 9 degrees Celsius in Panchagarh on Saturday (December 7).

Panchagarh Meteorological office said country’s lowest temperature was recorded in this district at 10°C since Thursday. Temperature declines with each passing day while fog gets dense.

District administration has taken preparation in advance to mitigate sufferings of destitute people.

Rahidul Islam an official of Tetulia Meteorological center, told Banglanews:  “The highest temperature has been recorded at at 26.5°C. The temperature is likely t drop further.”

In comparison with other districts of the country, heavy cold is felt in this district.
