DHAKA: President M Abdul Hamid on Monday (Nov 18) gave his assent to three bills okayed in the fifth session of the 11th parliament, said a release of Parliament Secretariat.

The bills are: Bangladesh Sugar Crop Research Institute Bill-2019, Bangladesh Flag Vessels (Protection) Bill-2019 and Bangladesh Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (BITAC) Bill-2019.
