Mutilated body parts recovered from Kurigram ditch The ditch

KURIGRAM: Police recovered mutilated two hands, one leg and head of an unidentified person from an abandoned ditch in Rajarhat upazila of the district.

Severed body parts were pulled out of the ditch close to Nakkati Bazar under Chakirpasha union of the upazila on Tuesday (October 22).

Locals spotted body parts as odd smell was coming out from the ditch. Later, they informed police, Rajarhat Police station Officer-in-Charge Krishna Kumar Sarkar told Banglanews.

A bag and clothes were found alongside body parts, Menhajul Alam, assistant superintend of police of Kurigram, told Banglanews. 

Earlier on October 21, police found a torso inside a luggage in Mymensingh.
