DHAKA: A squad of Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) detained three alleged operatives of ‘Neo JMB’ from Gabtoli area of the capital on Thursday (October 17).
JMB is an ultra-radical offshoot of banned militant outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh.
“Details will be gathered through primary interrogation. Legal steps will also be taken,” Md Masudur Rahman, deputy commissioner of DMP, told Banglanews.
