DHAKA: Kalabagan Krira Chakra Club President and also central leader of Krishak League Shafiqul Alam Feroz was sued under arms and drug control acts. 

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) filed cases with Dhanmondi police station on Saturday (September 21) morning, Abdul Latif, officer in charge of the police station, told Banglanews.

Earlier on Friday (September 20), during a drive, members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) detained Feroz and his four associates from the club in Dhaka and seized a firearm, bullets and yaba tablets.

Later, Lt Col Ashique Billah, commanding officer of the Rab-2, said a revolver, three bullets, 100-150 yaba pills, three cartons of playing cards and some score cards for gambling were found during the raid.
